Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.;
Respond promptly to guest room and public area maintenance requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution.;
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and resort facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.;
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed through maintenance management systems (MMS or CMMS).;
Support implementation of preventive maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
