As our next Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance strategy, preventative maintenance programs, equipment performance, and facility operations while supporting production efficiency and safety.

• Lead and support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
• Coordinate daily and weekly operational inspections to ensure efficient and uninterrupted facility performance
• Manage maintenance budgets, material expenditures, and inventory while identifying cost‑saving opportunities
• Participate in on‑call maintenance support as needed to address urgent equipment or facility issues

• 5+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
• 2+ years’ experience in a management role
• Strong leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Comfortable using computers – including ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and determined attitude
