Floor Cleaner is part of Hansen’s IGA Market team, providing general floor cleaning at store locations in Stanley, Mondovi, Black River Falls, and Neillsville. This part‑time role works roughly 2 hours per location in the evenings, 20 hours a week.

• Operating and maintaining equipment used in floor maintenance such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums
• Remove stains and debris, using the appropriate cleaning tools and products
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols
• Inspect floors for damage
• Communicate all repairs, requests, and concerns to the Facilities/Grounds Manager
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety/sanitation regulations and procedures

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of the equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work at a fast‑paced and efficient manner
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment, such as a sweeper scrubber
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
