Shipping & Receiving Coordinator – Cambria, WI

Hours:

2pm-10pm

Schedule:

Monday - Friday Compensation: $23-$26 per hour

• Load trucks using sit‑down, LP, and stand‑up electric forklifts
• Provide dock coverage and support shipping/receiving activities
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and carriers
• Manage and monitor dock scheduling email and logistics system (ASC)
• Support production operations to ensure efficient plant performance

• Maintain a strong warehouse safety culture
• Keep warehouse and dock areas clean and organized
• Contribute to quality, production, and teamwork goals

• Communicate schedule updates, delays, and progress with leadership
• Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams
• Deliver timely and accurate reports on department activity
• Participate in cross‑training and job rotation
• Support process improvements and problem‑solving efforts
• Take on additional responsibilities and project work as needed

• High school diploma required (technical degree a plus)
• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift experience (sit‑down and stand‑up preferred)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; warehouse systems experience a plus)
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability
• Strong communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
• Team‑focused, reliable, and proactive mindset

• Work in varying conditions (noise, dust, hot/cold environments)
• Lift up to 55 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, climbing stairs/ladders, and working at heights
• Ability to work in confined spaces following safety procedures
• Use of two‑way radio for communication
