** Opportunity*
* Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.

** SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES*
* + Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.

+ Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.

+ Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.

+ Clean office areas, as assigned.

+ Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.

+ Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.

+ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.

+ Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.

This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours are between 9:00pm - 5:00am.

** Skills/Requirements*
* + Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.

+ High School diploma preferred.

+ Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.

+ Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently.

* _The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location._
