** Opportunity*
* Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Cleaning your assigned areas according to standards and complete assignments without inconveniencing our guests and customers

+ Having working knowledge of custodial equipment (rotary floor machine, automatic floor machine, carpet extractor, carpet shampooer, etc.)

+ Obtaining knowledge of procedures, methods, and product use, pertaining to all assigned areas of public area cleaning

+ Watching for the misuse of products and supplies

+ Being fully knowledgeable of fire and safety procedures

+ Perform any other duties upon request

This is a Full-Time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am.

** Skills/Requirements*
* + Applicants must be 18 or older to apply.

+ We're looking for candidates who have the ability to lift 25+ pounds and tolerate being on their feet for the majority of their shift.

+ Candidates also must be able to speak, write, and/or understand English.

+ Prior custodian experience preferred.

* _The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location._
