Your role on our team

The MRO clerk is responsible for maintaining MRO inventory levels, issuing work orders generated and/or approved by facilities supervisor, maintenance supervisor or maintenance engineer, reviewing and closing completed work orders, issuing purchase order and receive MRO items.

You'll be disruptive through these duties and responsibilities:

• Oracle system
• Ensure correct inventory levels of MRO items by computer entry and cycle counts
• Place purchase orders for MRO items
• Receive MRO items into inventory
• Work with supply chain teams on scheduling reactive/proactive maintenance tasks
• Print and issue maintenance & tool room work orders
• Close completed work review and close
• Issue purchase orders for MRO items & consumable items requested by various cells
• Receive items listed for MRO items & consumables
• Backup as needed for facility coordinator
• Generate reports as needed for maintenance manager / engineer
• Acquire vendor pricing for items requested by technicians / engineer / facilitator
• Organize and maintain MRO inventory location areas
• Adhere to safety requirements

• Other duties as assigned.
