Back Up Position

, and I’m looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented person to join the
KDM Housekeeping team
. If you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces and enjoy working independently, this could be a great fit. This is a back up position

This role focuses on maintaining tidy, welcoming environment.

Tasks may include but not limited to:

• General cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
• Bathroom and kitchen cleaning (dishes)
• Garbage removal
• Changing linens and laundry
• Organization
• Assisting with downsizing
• Deep‑cleaning to start with.

Someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly, respectful, and professional
• Able to work independently
• Detail‑oriented and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable following a cleaning routine or checklist
• Honest, loyal, has great communication
• Ok with cigarette smoke.

Flexible hours. Great for someone seeking part‑time or steady weekly work.

Start time 10am but may be open to change. Weekend hours possible.

Total of 2.5 hours a week, with possibly getting more hours and days as things progress in the home.

With the weather permitting possible outside tasks also.
