As a Waterpark Maintenance Technician at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, you will provide essential maintenance to ensure rider safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experience. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor, perform inspections, maintain equipment, and collaborate with other associates to keep all attractions operational.

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all waterpark rides are inspected daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the ride manufacturer’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, and county and municipal regulations that pertain to rides safety, inspections, and yearly inspection with all authorities.
• Ensure waterpark is maintained so that guests are not inconvenienced because of repairs.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all pools for both indoor and outdoor water parks.

• Knowledge of waterpark maintenance and its day-to-day functions within a resort is helpful.
• Knowledge of air conditioning/heating systems, plumbing, building and all facility maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of leisure activities/commercial recreation in a “for profit” setting is preferred.
