Additional Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to meet Kohler Company's MVR Guidelines and maintain good standing.
Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License. (Class B minimum).
Demonstrate competency through Skill Assessment.
Bending, lifting, and pushing of weights of 40 pounds or more.
Must provide own tools.
Physical Capability:
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
Screening:
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Reliability:
Consistent attendance and work performance.
