The Night Cleaner (Special Projects) plays an essential role in maintaining the Dellshire Resort’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation during overnight hours. This position focuses on detailed and specialized cleaning of public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and assigned project work that supports the overall appearance and maintenance of the resort. The Night Cleaner ensures all areas are refreshed and ready for the next day’s operations while upholding the safety, quality, and service expectations of the Dellshire brand.

• Perform deep cleaning and special project work in public spaces, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and meeting areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.
• Strip, wax, and polish floors; shampoo carpets; and clean upholstery as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of back‑of‑house hallways, employee areas, and service corridors.
• Follow nightly task lists and project schedules assigned by Housekeeping leadership.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and materials as needed; maintain organized storage areas.
• Adhere to all safety, chemical handling, and equipment operation procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to ensure safe and secure overnight operations.
• Assist with set‑up or breakdown of special events or large‑scale cleaning projects when required.
• Uphold Dellshire Resort’s service standards by demonstrating professionalism, dependability, and pride in work.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping, custodial, or maintenance experience required; resort or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, equipment operation, and chemical safety.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and safety conscious.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

$17.50 hourly
