What You’ll Be Doing This role inspects, maintains, and fixes cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. A key duty in this position is serving as an expert in tire work. At times, you will have mobile tire tech duties and travel to farms to service their tires.

Additional responsibilities involve sales, service, inventory, maintenance, and other duties as assigned by the Service Station Manager.

What We Need from YouA driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance

Valid driver’s license1-2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience

Proven ability to do most auto-light truck repairs

Must be able to provide your own tools

Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds, ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, crouch and squat frequently

High School Diploma or Equivalent Bonus Points if You Have Associate degree or technical certificate in related field desired
