Custodian Position At Toyota Of Brookfield

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next custodian. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Toyota of Brookfield, the custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dealership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain service bays, shop floors, offices, waiting areas, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove oil, grease, and debris from work areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and shop materials as needed.
• Clean shop equipment, tools, and workstations to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures for handling chemicals and waste.
• Assist with organizing inventory, storage areas, and shop supplies.
• Perform basic facility maintenance and report repair needs to management.
• Support technicians by maintaining a clean and efficient workspace throughout the day.
• Other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a custodian or housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
