The
Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

After-hours and weekend on-call rotation required only a few times per year. (Supported with a paid day off after the week of on call is completed)
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the primary responsibility is the upkeep, general cleanliness, overall appearance, and curb appeal of the property.
Responsibilities
- Maintain community grounds and curb appeal including, trash and pet waste pick up, painting signage, general maintenance of the property
- Clean office, clubroom, models, and rest rooms.
- General, light maintenance work (light bulbs, floors, changing locks/keys)
- Assist in fixes, touch-ups and and keeping all vacant units fresh and odorless.
- Attend and participate in departmental meetings, in-services and training as required.
- Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, able to work harmoniously within all levels of the organization.
- Able to work alone, prioritizes and adheres to a schedule.
- Able to understand written and oral instructions and read written instructions and/or labels in English.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
- Possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
