Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable facilities for our behavioral health, housing, and social service programs. In this on-site role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues, respond to work orders and urgent requests, and assist with minor renovations and room setups.
Working in a faith-inspired, inclusive, and trauma-informed culture, you will partner with program staff to minimize disruption to client services while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
