Mandel Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep of Caroline Heights in Elm Grove, WI. You will manage building and grounds maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and other systems, and respond to resident work orders promptly.
The role requires on-call availability (weekends/nights), inspections, preventive maintenance, and keeping safety records. Prior maintenance supervision and EPA certification are expected.
