Housekeeper (Part Time

Position

Part‑time Housekeeper – Marshfield Medical Center Ladysmith (1200 Port Arthur Road, Ladysmith, WI 54848). Online applications only.

Rotating shifts: 7:00 am–3:30 pm and 3:30 pm–12:00 am, including weekends. Days may vary; details provided during interview.

$18.00–$21.00 per hour.

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain hospital facilities in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers; dispose of trash sanitary.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Realign furniture and amenities per layout.
• Respond to guest queries and requests.
• Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contribute to team efforts; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow cleaning protocols.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks.
