Custodian​/Janitor

JARP Industries Inc is seeking a reliable Custodian/Janitor to keep our Onalaska manufacturing facility clean, safe, and organized. Responsibilities include cleaning production, office, and common areas; sweeping, mopping, and trash removal; restroom sanitization; basic floor care; restocking supplies; and supporting waste and recycling programs. You'll work closely with production teams to maintain a safe, efficient environment, follow OSHA and company safety procedures, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.

This hands-on role supports quality manufacturing and a team-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production, office, restroom, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; empty trash and recycling
• Perform basic floor care using appropriate equipment and chemicals
• Restock restrooms and common area supplies
• Support waste and recycling handling in accordance with company guidelines
• Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify cleanliness or safety issues
• Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly to supervisors
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
• Properly store and label cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruption to operations
