Maintenance Planner

Kohler is seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize equipment reliability and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. In this role, you will develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans for plant equipment, coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, and keep accurate asset and work-order records in our CMMS. You'll collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to plan shutdowns, major repairs, and improvement projects.

Leveraging data and reliability best practices, you will analyze equipment performance, refine maintenance strategies, and help drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment and facilities
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support production targets
• Analyze equipment performance data to improve reliability and optimize maintenance intervals
• Create and maintain accurate asset, parts, and work-order records in the CMMSCollaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to plan shutdowns and major repairs
• Forecast labor and material needs, and support budget planning for maintenance activities
• Ensure maintenance plans and documentation meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Continuously improve maintenance processes, leveraging lean and reliability best practices
