Shift supervisor, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Job Summary

Shift Supervisor for the School District's custodial staff. Responsible for overseeing staff during shifts, ensuring quality and safety, maintaining schedules, and addressing employee requests.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, discipline as needed.
• Prepare production reports for management.
• Act as contact for employee complaints and time‑off requests.
• Mentor and support employee development and goal setting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and enforce policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work second shift during the school year and first shift during summer break.

Hortonville High School, 246 North Olk Street, Hortonville, WI 54944 (opens at other schools in district). Full time schedule Monday-Friday with shift variations.

• Hourly pay $16.00 - $17.00.
