Summary:

Part-Time Janitorial/Custodian worker:
This individual will be responsible for cleaning the pharmacy, restrooms and break areas. Job duties also include vacuuming,sweeping, dusting, cleaning windows, using a carpet spotting machine and running an autoscrubber on a daily basis

• Removes trash and sort recyclables
• Assist with grounds care
• Assist with snow removal
• Dust, sweep, and mop hard floors
• Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpeted floors
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• Dust and clean furniture
• Empty and clean waste receptacles
• Clean and spot clean windows

• Other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned

• High School Diploma or Equivalency

• Ability to regularly lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull floor cleaning equipment over concrete, tile and carpeted floors.
• Must possess sufficient physical strength, ability and stamina to perform avariety of janitorial tasks related to care of floors.
• Ability to work with a variety of cleaning products.
• Ability to work night shift and/or very early morning hours as dictated by theneeds of the position.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
