About the Role:

The Housekeeping Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of the facility, contributing directly to a positive environment for guests and staff alike. This position involves the completion of housekeeping tasks to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation within senior resident apartments and the common areas. As the Housekeeping lead, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations by effectively managing resources and identify challenges to be addressed with leadership.

The lead ensures that all areas meet or exceed company standards. Ultimately, this role supports the overall tenant and guest experience by fostering a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services; healthcare experience a plus.
• Ability to complete learning of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment and maintain safety processes..
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hospitality, hotel and/or healthcare environment.
• Responsibilities:
• Complete efficient and thorough cleaning of tenant apartments and common areas.
• Maintain high performance and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to administrator to avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with other departments to address tenant needs and requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular safety briefings and training sessions.

As a Lead Housekeeper, you utilize strong organizational skills daily to deliver upon scheduled tasks and manage cleaning workflows efficiently. Effective kind communication skills are essential.
