Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II for Park Landing, a 250‑unit tax‑credit senior housing community in Woodbridge, VA. Lead the maintenance team, ensure safety, and maintain property standards while coordinating preventive maintenance and vendor activities.
The role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership, in a schedule of 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00 Monday–Friday, with two weeks on-call rotation. EPA Universal certification and strong customer service are required.
