Plant Operator, Seasonal; Woodburn

Position: Plant Operator, Seasonal (Woodburn, OR)
** Role Overview:
** The seasonal Maintenance Mechanic II will be responsible forbe responsible for fabrication, electrical, preventive maintenance, and other maintenance tasks that are necessary to keep each facility running at optimal capacity and efficiency. This position will be the main point of contact for operations staff to solve problems with equipment and building issues.

Oversee and conduct all maintenance tasks and work with management to coordinate major equipment repair.

Handle fabrication duties for various small projects within each facility.

What You Bring to the Role: years of maintenance experience in Ability to work off-hours when needed, including carrying an on-call phone and answering when called Ability to evaluate mechanical issues and implement solutions Ability to lift 55 lbs. Ability to climb ladders and stairs as well as work from heights – no fear of heights

Ability to work in narrow and confined spaces – no claustrophobia

Mechanical knowledge of processing equipment such as mixers, screw conveyors, hammer mills, grain legs is preferred

You have strong communication skills to connect effectively with operations staff
** Compensation and Benefits:
** The base compensation for this position ranges from $26.01 to $34.67 per hour.
