Facilities Specialist

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orange theory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, and Basecamp Fitness, is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join its Purpose Brands Corporate team. • Oversee daily building operations including MEP, HVAC, boilers, and life safety systems
• Manage preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and contractors; review proposals and manage service contracts
• Conduct regular property walks and identify maintenance needs
• Support budgeting, cost control, and capital planning
• Maintain service logs, warranties, and compliance documentation
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed
• Coordinate snow removal, sidewalk clearing, and exterior maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Support events, internal building requests, and general facility needs
• Perform light repairs (painting, wall repair, furniture, light bulbs) and run errands as needed

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property or facility management
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, boilers)
• Experience managing vendors and contractors
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and troubleshoot issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs.
• Facility management certifications a plus (not required); JIRA familiarity a bonus

Hourly Rate: $25.96 per hour
