Position Summary
Full time - 35 hours per week - $37,725 - health benefits available after 60 days of employment - NJPERS membership - paid leave: vacation, sick and administrative time.
ResponsibilitiesUnder direction, performs various simple and moderately physically strenuous tasks involved in cleaning and maintaining offices, furniture, buildings and grounds; along with general building maintenance.
RequirementsAppointees must possess a valid NJ motor vehicle license if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position, rather than employee mobility.
Examples of WorkAddress cleaning problems, safely lift and move moderately heavy objects, organize and develop efficient working methods. Use equipment related to washing, waxing, vacuuming and polishing wood, tile, cement, linoleum, glass, and other woodwork, furniture, and fixtures.
