Utility

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Utility professional to keep our senior living community clean, safe, and well-maintained. In this hands-on role, you'll support residents and teams by performing routine maintenance, light repairs, and environmental services, including common area upkeep, basic plumbing or electrical fixes, and room turns. You'll respond to work orders, monitor building conditions, and follow safety and infection-control standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on building, equipment, and resident apartments
• Complete work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Support housekeeping and groundskeeping to keep community clean and safe
• Inspect common areas and systems to identify safety or maintenance needs
• Assist with room turns and community event setup as needed
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with nursing, dining, and activities teams to support resident needs
• Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance logs accurately
• Monitor and report any hazards, damage, or equipment issues
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families
