Senior Auto Maintenance Technician – Individual Contributor – Cox Automotive (Manheim)

Hourly base pay ranges from $26.73 to $40.10 per hour, with possible additional compensation through commission or incentive programs. The position requires on-site work at a specified location (remote not allowed) and may involve travel.

• Work independently or within a team environment.
• Perform advanced diagnostics.
• Replace clutches and transmissions.
• Identify required parts and partner with parts and procurement teams to obtain necessary supplies.
• Alert team lead and/or management about difficult issues, recurring patterns, and trends.
• Install equipment for vehicle upfits as required.
• Participate in OEM recalls when necessary.

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years’ experience in a related field, or a related degree/certification with 3 years’ experience, or 7 years’ experience in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe‑driver record; ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
• Current ASE certification when required; additional ASE certifications A1-9 and L1 in emission states where applicable.
• Must clear a pre‑employment drug test; non‑usage of illegal drugs during work hours is mandatory.
