Work Hours & Schedule

Monday to Friday – no nights, no weekends, and no major holidays. Daily hours are 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

Hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $22.00, depending on experience, quality, and speed. Typical weekly earnings are $600 to $850 plus tips. Paid weekly via direct deposit.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process to delight every customer and earn tips.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Make customers feel cared for.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – Lead primarily responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

Work in teams of two. We supply all cleaning supplies, training, appointments, and a company car while you work.
