Field Technician

Available Position

This position requires a practical, hands-on candidate who enjoys technical challenges combined with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a candidate that has experience and/or the knowledge in electrical theory and practical hands‑on experience. Must be self-motivated, level-headed and possess the ability to prioritize tasks. Applicant should have the capability to work within teams, as well as independently with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

We Are Seeking Someone Who Has a Can-do Attitude.

The position will require that the candidate gain good product and product application knowledge and provide the necessary support to our customers, perform electrical cable tests in the field, have a willingness to travel, perform repairs and calibrations, attend conferences and trade shows, and be involved in new and current product development with a dynamic leading edge company in the energy sector.

Candidate must be adaptable and able to consistently handle ever-changing conditions and possess the ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
Travel is a must for this position. Must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.

While a degree would be adventitious, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a great attitude, excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn.

We are either looking to employ a candidate who is experienced and can hit the ground running. However, a candidate with a great attitude, who has a high level of enthusiasm for the job and is a team-player will be highly considered too.
