JES Holdings in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for our Franklin Crossing properties. This position performs ongoing upkeep and turns, servicing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall and appliance repairs to ensure residents live in quality, well-maintained units.
You will troubleshoot issues, complete work orders, assist with preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the Regional Manager.
