CUSTODIAN II
WOODSTOCK PUBLIC LIBRARY
(1 Part-time Position)
The City of Woodstock is accepting applications for a part-time Custodian - up to 20 hours a week.
This position performs custodial duties for the Woodstock Public Library. The responsibilities will include cleaning of the building and grounds as well as light maintenance duties as required. The work is performed under the direction of the Library Director.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous custodial experience.
- This work requires the occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds of force; requires strenuous manual labor including, but not limited to digging, shoveling, sweeping, raking, hauling, crawling, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting and climbing.
Salary & Benefits:
The position is a limited part-time, non-exempt/hourly position with a starting pay rate of $18.67 per hour. There are no additional benefits except for Accrued Sick Leave - earn one hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked on a prorated basis and available for use after 100 calendar days of employment.
