Maintenance Manager

CF Industries seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management for our Chemicals operations. You will oversee maintenance strategy, reliability programs, and asset lifecycle planning to ensure safe, efficient plant performance. Responsibilities include leading a multi-disciplinary team, managing preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinating shutdowns/turnarounds, optimizing spare parts and CMMS data, and driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and EHS to uphold strict safety, environmental, and quality standards while improving equipment uptime and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance organization for chemical production assets to ensure safe, reliable plant operation
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and reliability programs
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets, resources, and contractor performance
• Coordinate shutdowns and turnarounds, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost targets are met
• Oversee use and data integrity of the CMMS for work management and asset history
• Drive root cause failure analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Optimize spare parts and inventory strategies in partnership with Procurement and Stores
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and EHS on capital projects and equipment upgrades
• Coach and develop maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Mechanical systems maintenance (pumps, compressors, rotating equipment)
