Facilities Representative - Corporate Services
Location:
25 Amica Way, Lincoln, RI 02865.
Responsible for knowing and performing day-to-day operational assignments throughout Amica Center Office Park and carrying out general maintenance duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
- Have a basic understanding of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
- Monitor and make adjustments to building control systems.
- Carry out periodic cleaning and maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and install telecommunications wiring and systems.
- Assist with carpentry, painting, and construction projects.
- Assist with snow removal operations.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Required to work overtime during snow removal operations and emergencies.
- Knowledge and basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and carry out basic repairs with little supervision.
- Ability to climb and routinely lift up to 75 pounds.
