ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Maintenance Superintendent with at least five years of maintenance supervisory or trade work experience. The right candidate will oversee the maintenance responsibilities for the Woonsocket, Rhode Island portfolio with properties located in Woonsocket, North Smithfield, and Pascoag. This is a full-time opportunity, the work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supervising contractors.
- Ability to diagnose problems and correct them, without call backs.
- Overseeing, scheduling, and performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
- Overseeing completion of work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
- Maintaining inventory and working within a budget.
- Scheduling and supervising maintenance personnel. Ensuring the quality of work performed.
- Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the team about the status of ongoing projects.
