We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part‑Time Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to high‑quality service. This position involves cleaning and maintaining commercial spaces during flexible hours that may include evenings or weekends.

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom disinfection.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the standards set by Wooster Cleaning.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and withstand repetitive motions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is highly preferred.

  3.5 hour shifts, Wednesday and Friday evenings or Saturday any time
• Compensation: $14.00 per hour starting wage
• Benefits:
  Paid orientation, monthly bonuses, $500 sign‑on bonus*
