Maintenance Support:
Hourly Clerk
Maintenance support:
Hourly clerk responsible for the daily maintenance and housekeeping for the store. This person's primary duties include maintaining the store floors and running floor scrubbers and buffers, as well as maintaining the parking lot, cleaning ice machines, cleaning flower coolers, emptying trash, small plumbing as needed, maintaining display features, shoveling snow as needed, general housekeeping cleaning, replace screws, bolts as needed, and keep bathroom stocked with soap and paper towels.
Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.
Must be available to be scheduled 10+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs. Primarily overnights/early morning shifts.
Qualifications:
Maintenance experience preferred but not required
Walking, bending, stooping, carrying, loading, etc.; repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.
Other work considerations:
Customer service orientation; accuracy; speed; availability; flexibility; reliability; dependability.
