• Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $24 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Sunday - Thursday 7am to 3:30pm

As a Building & Grounds Repair Assistant, you will:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across the building, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future issues.
• Respond promptly to work orders and resident/staff requests.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance (e.g., clearing walkways).
• Support building security by locking/unlocking entrances and monitoring entry points.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.

• Proven experience in building maintenance, general repair, or a similar field
• Hands‑on knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and safety‑conscious
• Must have your own basic hand tools

• Experience in healthcare, assisted living, or residential maintenance settings
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
