As a Building Engineer at Masters Academy International, you will be the primary guardian of our campus infrastructure, ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of all facility systems. You will diagnose malfunctions and execute a wide range of repairs—from minor carpentry and painting to complex technical troubleshooting. In addition, you will conduct regular hazard inspections, support emergency preparedness protocols, and ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards.
Your work will directly impact the quality and safety of the learning environment for our student‑athletes and staff.

You are a proactive problem‑solver dedicated to ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑quality learning environment through regular safety inspections and strict adherence to OSHA standards and school policies. Qualifications- Education
:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. - Experience
: 3–5 years of experience in building engineering, facilities maintenance, or a similar role. - Expertise
:
Demonstrated ability in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) is preferred. - Knowledge
:
Local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards and school safety policies; ability to conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards proactively.
The salary range is $55,000. Benefits for eligible roles include medical, life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and more.
