• Level of studies:
  Bachelor in industrial or technical fields.
• Experience:
  
  3 years of experience in similar area.
• Languages:
  
  Fluent in English.

• Maintenance curative:
  Observer, écouter, toucher, sentir: all senses of the maintenance technician must be on alert to anticipate failures.
• Analyze, diagnose causes and find remedies for a malfunction.
• Execute, autonomously, all preventive maintenance actions to prevent failure and all corrective actions to restore initial functioning.
• Modify or stabilize equipment to facilitate maintenance operations or improve it.
• Ensure that production processes run flawlessly.
• Draft reports on interventions.
• Pursue productivity gains through improvement actions to increase availability, reliability, or maintainability of equipment.

• Ensure compliance with QMS expectations (IATF 16949), application of YEL/YMK procedures, all work standards, and EHS rules related to ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and the 5S.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications (CSR).
