Facilities Maintenance

Overview

Job Purpose:

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs in/around facility.

• Identify building maintenance needs and immediate corrective actions required.
• Replace/repair building finishes with tasks including but not limited to painting, concrete work, door hardware, and piping.
• Support and/or direct onsite service contractors and vendors.
• Apply knowledge of preventative maintenance measures to maintain the facility as a safe and functioning environment.
• Perform routine and non-routine preventative maintenance in and around all company facilities and equipment.
• Adhere to safe work practices and all safety standards/guidelines.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability on weekends is required.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Proficient with tools and equipment used in building/custodial maintenance, reconstruction, and repair work.
• Previous experience as a facilities maintenance technician in a manufacturing or construction setting.

Residents of California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington, and New York are eligible for this role. The hourly range is $19.46 to $29.19 per hour. Pay is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors. Rise Baking Company complies with all applicable minimum wage laws.
