You will monitor mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and DDC control systems, respond to staff and patient requests, and perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
The role requires a trade school credential or equivalent, 4 years of building operations experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to read drawings and manuals.
