Operate and maintain a three-building commercial office campus. This role owns day-to-day building systems, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, while responding to tenant needs and keeping the campus running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems across a three-building office campus
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment
- Respond to tenant and facility service requests in a timely manner
- Conduct routine building inspections and log readings, conditions, and issues
- Coordinate with and oversee outside vendors and contractors on repairs and projects
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment history
- Support building safety, fire/life safety systems, and code compliance
- Assist with tenant improvements and general building upkeep
- 3+ years experience maintaining commercial buildings
- Working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- HVAC or CFC universal certification a plus
- Ability to read and interpret building schematics and equipment manuals
- Ability to respond to after-hours or emergency calls as needed
