We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Duct Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining HVAC ductwork in residential properties. The Duct Cleaner will ensure that air ducts and vents are free of dust, debris, and contaminants to improve air quality and system efficiency. This role requires hands-on work, a strong understanding of safety procedures, and a keen eye for detail.

- Clean and maintain air ducts, vents, and HVAC systems using specialized equipment and tools.
- Inspect duct systems to identify blockages, leaks, and potential issues.
- Remove dust, dirt, mold, and debris from ducts using air compressors, brushes, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment.
- Ensure proper airflow and air quality by cleaning and sanitizing air ducts, registers, and vents.
- Perform minor repairs on ducts, such as sealing leaks or replacing damaged components.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear during cleaning tasks.
- Document work performed and provide customers with detailed reports on the condition of their air ducts.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns.
- Adhere to industry standards and local codes while performing work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both at the job site and in company vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and air duct systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in tight or cramped spaces (e.g., attics, basements, crawlspaces).
- Ability to bend, twist, and kneel for extended periods.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including high places and dust-filled areas.
