Seeking student applicants for our Welding & Nondestructive Testing programs.

Must Have
  • Knowledge of tools and welding equipment.
  • Works under general or intermittent supervision.

A minimum of 1 year experience with tools and equipment used in the welding industry is required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Students who are working towards the completion of their Welding OEC.
  • Students enrolled in an AAS in Technology with an emphasis in Welding with up to one year completion.
  • Students enrolled in a BA in Applied Technologies and Leadership with up to one year completion.
  • AWS certifications preferred. Successful completion of WELD A101 preferred.
Position Details
  • Part‑time position up to 20 hours per week while school is in session; additional hours may be available during summer and winter breaks.
  • Starting hourly rate is $16.00/hr.
  • Qualified applicants may receive higher hourly pay if they meet additional requirements:
  • Students who have completed their Welding OEC and are enrolled in the Advanced Welding OEC.
  • Students enrolled in an AAS in Technology with an emphasis in Welding with more than one year completion.
  • Students enrolled in a BA in Applied Technologies and Leadership with more than one year completion.
  • Dual program enrolled students with more than one year completion.
