TLC Janitorial, a family‑owned cleaning company, is seeking a Full Time Janitorial Tech to join their team in Wrentham, MA. The Janitorial Tech will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards in various buildings such as offices, restrooms, and warehouses.

• Maintain the highest quality of cleaning
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Clean buildings efficiently using proper methods
• Report any issues noticed during shifts
• Train new and current employees in cleaning techniques

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• 3+ years of cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with floor care and carpet care is a plus
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Must pass a background check
• Effective communication in English
• Attention to detail
