Compliance Technician
States of Guernsey seeks a Compliance Technician for the States Property Unit.
The Maintenance & Compliance Technician will work as part of the SPU Operational team. The post holder will be responsible for delivering a task‑driven technical and compliance support service across the States of Guernsey estate.
Responsibilities- Timely delivery of a task‑driven technical and compliance support service.
- Undertake and/or support tasks associated with schemes of control for water hygiene, fire safety, electrical safety and other health & safety issues.
- Assist in development and maintenance of electronic data recording systems to provide compliance monitoring for water hygiene, fire safety, electrical safety and other property‑related services.
