Position Overview
This Service Technician role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The position is scheduled Sunday–Thursday with Friday and Saturday off, and on‑call requirements during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key ResponsibilitiesStand, walk, sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance. Occasionally travel to assist other properties or attend training.
Required Licenses and Certifications- EPA certifications type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
Hourly range: $25.00 – $30.00 (Mountain View). Base salary may qualify for quarterly or annual bonus programs for corporate positions, and weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
