Job Summary:

You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. Diagnose plumbing and heating equipment malfunctions and make needed repairs and modifications to keep systems operating efficiently. Perform equipment manufacturers’ suggested maintenance programs on a fixed schedule.

• Help manage the maintenance department.
• Ensure the CMMS is up to date with work orders.
• Assign work orders daily.
• Oversee maintenance workers to ensure jobs are completed on time, correctly, and efficiently.
• Help develop and implement capital projects as needed.
• Administer payroll and scheduling of maintenance department.
• Address technical work within the department during maintenance crises or when performance is reduced.
• Clean up job site and work area when finished with assigned tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Computer experience.
• Capable of handling moderately strenuous physical activity (moving heavy units for repair).
• Valid driver's license.
• Own hand tools.

• Starting Wage: $52,000.00 - $57,797.00
