Service Specialist (I - III) - Artificial Lift

Job Duties:
- Performs installations and pulls, routine checks, and troubleshooting on horizontal pumping systems.
- Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating procedures of horizontal pumping systems.
- Performs basic well production analysis and repair of AL equipment and tests, splices, and repairs cable.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining preventive maintenance, repairs, alignments, and basic vibration analysis on horizontal pumping systems units.
- Prepares paperwork to include IFTA reports, billable and non-billable hours, and mileage.
- Trains and coaches new hires and lower technicians in basic principles at the well site.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
- Maintains mechanical performance of truck used in transportation to and from the field.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school or similar education required.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in artificial lift operations.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
- Performs basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
- Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
- Experience with rotary alignment, vibration analysis, centrifugal pump (artificial lift), mechanical, basic electrical, computer skills preferred.
